Trent D. Quinn
Principal
Trent D. Quinn is Principal of Preston Senior Living, LLC. As a founding member of the Preston Senior Living team, Trent is involved in every part of the business, providing critical leadership in all aspects of the business. He leads all aspects of product development for the Cottages concept including but not limited to design, construction and development of new properties. Trent has direct, hands-on involvement in every stage of the development process. From concept to start-up, Trent leads the team on expansion of the business while ensuring that all new product offerings maintain the standards of The Cottages. To ensure the highest quality and best delivery of new product, Trent founded ALZ Contracting LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of ALZ Holdings, Ltd.) in 2011 to build new Cottages product. Trent is President of ALZ Contracting LLC. In addition to new product development, Trent provides daily leadership to the operating / management business.
Prior to Preston Senior Living, Trent operated his own consulting company, providing management consulting services to clients such as American Retirement Corporation, General Electric Capital Corporation and Ernst & Young, LLP. Trent spent 10 years with Ernst & Young, LLP, working with real estate property and real estate debt transactions exceeding $1.0 billion in the United States, Canada, Japan and other areas within Asia. His clients at Ernst & Young ranged from Fortune 10 Companies to private ventures, opportunity funds, and investment banks. Trent holds a BBA in accounting, finance, real estate and urban land economics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He completed significant professional and educational training programs during his 10-year career at Ernst & Young, LLP, committed over ten years of mastering business administration for assisting living operations at Preston Senior Living and completed years of concept development for ALZ Holdings, Ltd. / ALZ Contracting, LLC.
