| Prior to establishing his consulting company, Mr. Quinn spent 10 years working with Ernst & Young, LLP. While with Ernst & Young, he was involved with real estate property and real estate debt transactions exceeding $1.0 billion in the United States, Canada, Japan and other areas within Asia. His real estate and financial services clients at Ernst & Young ranged from Fortune 10 Companies to private ventures, opportunity funds, and investment banks. |

| Mr. Quinn holds a BBA in accounting, finance, real estate and urban land economics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. In additional, Mr. Quinn completed significant professional and educational training programs during his 10-year career at Ernst & Young, LLP. |
